Jonathan is a solicitor who provides corporate and commercial advice to a range of clients including start-ups, owner-managed businesses and large corporates operating in a variety of industries.

His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, commercial agreements and general company and corporate matters.

He completed his LPC at BPP, achieving a distinction. Prior to this Jonathan completed his BA Law at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, before receiving commendations for the GDL at BPP.
