Deal Announcement: Clarkslegal’s Corporate team advise founder on exit from Bristol based hospitality business

Clarkslegal is pleased to have advised the exiting shareholder and director of a hospitality business in the South West on the sale of their shareholding and termination of their employment. Some difficult negotiations required input from a number of teams across the firm, but we are pleased to have successfully got the deal across the line for our client.

The transaction was led by the Corporate Team of Stuart Mullins and Jonathan Hayes, assisted by Jack Hobbs from the Dispute Resolution team and support from Clarkslegal’s Employment team.

The exiting shareholder commented

“Clarkslegal made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly stood out. They not only protected my interests but also ensured that the process of exiting my business partnership was handled with grace and fairness. I felt supported every step of the way, and I’m so grateful for their care and expertise. Thank you for helping me move forward with peace of mind! Thank you Jack, Jono, Stuart, and Mel! Would absolutely recommend!”
