Senior Solicitor

Jack advises on a wide variety of corporate and commercial disputes including contractual disputes, fraud claims, product liability, insolvency, shareholder disputes and defamation. Many of his cases have an international dimension or multi-jurisdictional element.

Jack has extensive experience of handling claims in the High Court, including many of the specialist lists, and in County Courts. He also has experience of interlocutory applications and injunctions.

Jack is a member of the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Junior Lawyers Division and the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG).

  • Commercial Disputes: experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation including shareholder/partnership dispute, commercial contracts and fraud claims.
  • Contentious Insolvency: Jack has experience in acting in a wide range of contentious insolvency matters including petitions, applications to strike out petitions and/or restrain presentation or advertisement of petitions, validation orders and claims for misfeasance.
  • Defamation: Advises and assists individuals in various elements of defamation claims. Often as part of wider multi-faceted commercial disputes.
