Clarkslegal welcomes leading Corporate Law expert Mark Ridley as Partner

Clarkslegal is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Ridley as a new Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team. Mark brings over 15 years of experience advising businesses and investors on a wide range of legal solutions, further strengthening the firm’s expertise and capabilities in this area.

Mark joins Clarkslegal from BakerLaw LLP, where he built a reputation for delivering clear, strategic advice to clients across the business lifecycle. His specialist areas include business purchases and sales, management buy-outs, employee share options, partnership formations and dissolutions, and shareholder agreements. Mark’s experience extends to drafting robust commercial agreements designed to protect businesses against risk, particularly for service sector companies and international groups.

In addition to transactional matters, Mark is highly regarded for his work advising on business disputes and has developed particular expertise in shareholders’ rights. His pragmatic approach and deep sector knowledge have made him a trusted adviser to clients facing complex challenges.
