Clarkslegal advises on the sale of Microtor Limited

Clarkslegal, led by corporate lawyers Jon Chapman and Esma Kilic, advised the selling shareholders on the sale of Microtor Limited.  Microtor supplies hygiene and sanitation products to the biggest names in the beauty and cosmetics industry.  The sale represented an excellent return for the sellers’ 15 year investment in growing the company into one of the largest regional suppliers to international clients in the industry.
