Clarkslegal’s Corporate team advise the exiting shareholders of leading human microbiome company

Corporate lawyers, Ashan Arif , Jacob Montague and Jonathan Hayes advised the shareholders of leading human microbiome company, Invivo Healthcare, on their multi-million pound sale to Australian ASX listed business, Microba Life Sciences.

The team at Clarkslegal worked alongside, KPMG, Corporate Finance Advisers to the shareholders, to help negotiate the deal terms, support on due diligence and negotiate the key transaction documents.
