London Seminar: Royal Assent Imminent – the Employment Rights Bill! Legal changes and what they mean for HR and their organisations

Political conference season is in full swing, and the Employment Rights Bill is likely to receive Royal Assent imminently, so we now have a clearer view of the proposed sweeping amendments to the UK’s existing employment legal framework. As part of our work with HR and clients in helping them keep informed, and more importantly, being ready for change, we continue with our popular seminar series.

We are pleased to invite you to an in-person seminar hosted by our Employment Law team at our London office. Monica Atwal, Managing Partner; Katie Glendinning, Partner; and Amanda Glover, Associate, will discuss the legal implications of the new Employment Rights Bill and its impact on your organisation, and how to shape your ERB Plans.

The seminar will provide clear insight into the proposed changes, their practical impact, and how HR teams can proactively prepare. Whether you are navigating the challenges of compliance or seeking to future-proof your people strategy, this session will equip you with the knowledge you need.
