Deal announcement: Clarkslegal’s corporate / M&A team advises exiting shareholders of Newbury based security services firm

The shareholders of SIA-Approved security firm, Hackle Security Services, were advised by Clarkslegal’s corporate / M&A team on the successful sale of their company. Hackle Security Services delivers high-standard security services nationwide to a range of sectors, including commercial and domestic properties, offices, industry and retail parks.

The deal was led by head of corporate, Ashan Arif, and solicitors Jonathan Hayes and Harry Berryman.

Majority shareholder, Mark Mathurin, was delighted with the support from Clarkslegal, commenting: “I enthusiastically recommend Ashan Arif for any legal services you may require, particularly in the area of M&A and the sale of a business.

I recently had the pleasure of working with him on the sale of my security firm, which had a very tight deadline. Ashan not only ensured the deal was completed on time but also demonstrated exceptional expertise in negotiating highly favourable terms and conditions on my behalf.

I am incredibly grateful for Ashan’s dedication and skill, and I have no hesitation in recommending him without reservation. He is a true asset to any client.”

Clarkslegal’s corporate / M&A team specialises in advising owner-managers on exiting their businesses. The team offers a unique blend of expert legal knowledge and empathy, fast becoming leading legal advisers for owner manager sales and exits.

Nicky Larkin of Succession Planning was the business adviser to the selling shareholders.

Ashan not only ensured the deal was completed on time but also demonstrated exceptional expertise in negotiating highly favourable terms and conditions on my behalf.
