Immigration Price Information

For immigration services for both individuals and businesses we quote either fixed fees or hourly rates depending on the nature of your instruction. The following fixed fees are an approximate indication of costs from the time of the initial instruction to the point where a decision has been made on the application. Fees may vary once we have considered your instructions and the complexity of your matter.

All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.

The fees exclude disbursements such as UKVI application fees, health surcharge payments or interpretation/translation fees.

The immigration team consists of qualified solicitors with between 1 and 25 years experience.

Our fees include

  • Discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • Giving you advice about the requirements of the application;
  • Considering documents to ensure they are adequate to meet requirements;
  • Attending on the client;
  • Taking your instructions and providing advice on both the substantive and procedural requirements;
  • Checking and assisting in submitting the application;
  • Advising you on timelines and the outcome.
