Madeleine Harding

Trainee Solicitor

Maddy is currently a third-seat trainee solicitor sitting in the firm’s Employment team. She joined Clarkslegal in September 2024 and has completed seats with the Dispute Resolution and Corporate team. During her time with the Disputes team, Maddy had worked closely with the firm’s partners on various litigation matters and found a particular interest in assisting with commercial property disputes. Maddy has also gained corporate experience throughout her second seat, assisting on high value business transactions.

Maddy had first completed a History degree from Cardiff University in 2022 and then went on to achieve a distinction in the Post Graduate Diploma in Law with the University of Law. After, Maddy had passed both the Solicitor’s Qualification Exams with her first attempt.

What our clients say

I genuinely can’t recommend Clarkslegal highly enough. Emma, Ash, and Maddy were exceptional throughout the entire process of our company sale. They were sharp, proactive, and completely across every detail, always a step ahead and ready with practical solutions. Their communication was spot on, and I never once felt out of the loop.”

Jamie Trevett, Managing Director, Just Construction Recruitment

“A friendly approachable team that assisted us through the legal minefield of selling our family company. They made the whole experience far less forbidding than it otherwise would have been and we would highly recommend them.”
