Associate

Jack advises on all types of corporate and commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, fraud claims, product liability, insolvency, arbitration, and public procurement.

Jack acts for a wide range of corporate client across multiple sectors, including automotive, insurance, technology and construction. Jack also acts for individuals in their capacities as shareholders and/or directors in business disputes.

Many of Jack’s cases have an international dimension or multi-jurisdictional element. Jack’s experience includes both conducting litigation against litigants based outside the jurisdiction and enforcing judgments overseas.

Expertise

  • Commercial Disputes: experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation including shareholder/partnership dispute, commercial contracts and fraud claims.
  • Contentious Insolvency: Jack has experience in acting in a wide range of contentious insolvency matters including petitions, applications to strike out petitions and/or restrain presentation or advertisement of petitions, validation orders and claims for misfeasance.
  • Defamation: Advises and assists individuals in various elements of defamation claims. Often as part of wider multi-faceted commercial disputes.
