Maddy is currently a fourth-seat trainee solicitor returning to the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team, where she commenced her training.

She joined Clarkslegal in September 2024 and has completed seats with the Dispute Resolution, Corporate and Employment team. During her time with the Disputes team, Maddy had worked closely with the firm’s partners on various litigation matters and found a particular interest in assisting with commercial property disputes. Maddy has also gained corporate experience throughout her second seat, assisting on high value business transactions. Throughout her time with the Employment team, Maddy had gained further experience in an employment setting, whether that entailed conducting legal research or sitting in Employment Tribunal hearings.

Maddy had first completed a History degree from Cardiff University in 2022 and then went on to achieve a distinction in the Post Graduate Diploma in Law with the University of Law. After, Maddy had passed both the Solicitor’s Qualification Exams with her first attempt.
