David Dobbins-George

Paralegal

David is a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Team and assists members of the team with a wide variety of cases including property litigation, commercial litigation and insolvency.

David has worked in the legal sector since 2010. He has worked in dispute resolution for most of that period, with a particular focus on property litigation.

Property litigation

David has experience in all aspects of property litigation including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the interpretation of leases, and disputes on rights of way and property boundaries.

Housing

David has worked with social and private landlords on housing management issues such as possession proceedings and service charge disputes. David also advises private individuals on issues with their leases and service charges.

Commercial litigation

David has experience advising individuals and companies on breaches of contract and on debt recovery cases.
