It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, as many employers are beginning to welcome their employees back to the workplace. Ciara Duggan, Trainee Solicitor at Clarkslegal explains that employers should also look to consider how to safeguard their employees’ mental health.

The pandemic has had a major impact on peoples mental health with many experiencing significant levels of anxiety, stress and isolation, employers may therefore need to provide more support than before.
