Orwins Continues Growth with Investment in Milners and Acquisition of Roe Lawyers

Clarkslegal is pleased to share the news that Orwins, the legal services group we joined earlier this year, has announced a significant investment in Yorkshire law firm Milners and the acquisition of London-based specialist practice Roe Lawyers.

The addition of these firms further strengthens the growing Orwins group, bringing together high-quality legal teams that share a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, commercial advice and long-term relationships.

Milners is a full-service Yorkshire law firm with six partners and over 40 staff, providing services across Commercial Litigation and other areas, including Commercial Property, Residential Property, Employment, Private Client, Family and Corporate. Roe Lawyers is a specialist criminal and regulatory law firm founded by Stephanie Roe in 2015.

For Clarkslegal clients, the announcement further enhances the breadth of expertise available across the wider group. As part of Orwins, we continue to work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure clients can access specialist support wherever it is needed.
