The Cheese Barge Set to Sail

In April, Mathew Carver will open the Cheese Barge, a two-floor restaurant floating nearby Paddington Central. Clarkslegal previously advised Mathew Carver on Pick & Cheese, the UK’s first cheese conveyor belt restaurant.

Clarkslegal partner, Simon Ralphs, who represented Mathew Carver on this latest project explained: “Mathew is always floating interesting ideas (pardon the pun!) and I was happy to help with this exciting new project bringing a boat-based cheese restaurant to Paddington.”

The Clarkslegal Food and Restaurant team is led by Simon Ralphs. We are passionate about food and restaurants from start-up to established traders.
