Change to workers’ rights for the better has been high on this year’s agenda, particularly in light of the P&O Ferries’ case, and the new Government announcing many major changes to employment law through the Employment Rights Bill. There is a lot to unpick but one of the substantial changes is to the collective redundancy law which could significantly important companies if not well managed.
