Clarkslegal, led by Corporate Partner Ashan Arif, advises on the sale of UniServity Limited to New Era UK Holdings. 

UniServity combines technology and education know-how to create cloud based learning experiences.  New Era is a market leader in the educational software industry in the UK and is part of the successful New Era global education group.  Clarkslegal acted for the exiting shareholder and now CEO of the new UK operations of New Era, Dawn Mulholland, who was delighted with the support provided by Clarkslegal, commenting that “Ashan and the team at Clarkslegal handled the whole transaction professionally and responsibly.  I was kept fully aware of the implications, processes and considerations at all times.   I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with them again”.
