New Partner announcement

Clarkslegal are delighted to announce the appointment of Emma Butcher as a Partner of the firm. Emma’s promotion recognises the high quality of service and client care she consistently delivers and her significant contribution to the practice.

Emma rises to partner in one of the leading dispute resolution practices in the Thames Valley, that handles a wide range of disputes with a proven track record of high-profile, high-value and complex litigation from leading commercial and public sector clients.

Since joining Clarkslegal in 2013 in the Reading office Emma has dealt with all types of commercial disputes with a particular focus on property litigation, commercial agency disputes and public procurement. Emma has regularly resolved disputes through alternative methods such as mediation.

Emma has recently been recognised as Rising Star by Legal 500 2022.

Emma was appointed as a partner on 1 October 2021, bringing the total number of partners to 10.
