Deal Announcement: Clarkslegal’s corporate lawyers advise on the sale of cloud-hosting and cyber security business

Clarkslegal’s corporate team is pleased to have advised the exiting shareholders of cloud-hosting and cyber-security businesses SIRE and GIBVault on their multi-million-pound sale. The transaction, led by Head of Corporate, Ashan Arif, with support from corporate lawyer Emma Docking, involved the sale of shares and roll-over equity for the Sellers, including a complicated 3 stage earn-out. This was a complex transaction and Clarkslegal are very happy to have completed this important landmark for the selling shareholders.

Delighted with the support provided, exiting shareholder Russell Cook commented that “Ashan, Jacob and the wider team provided sound advice and expertly managed the transaction on our behalf.  I am delighted with the support and service received from the team and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their business”.  Russell Cook, exiting shareholder of SOGC Limited
