Monika assists the team with a wide range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as acting for landlord and tenant clients in connection with lease management.
Monika is experienced in drafting and negotiating of commercial leases and supplemental documentation such as licences to alter and rent deposit deeds, amongst others.
Monika can also assist with secured lending transactions to include undertaking due diligence, reporting on title investigation, and drafting security packs.
Monika qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2017 and recently acquired further CILEx Property Independent Practice Rights. Before joining Clarkslegal, Monika worked at a commercial property team in Oxford. She is a bilingual dual Polish national and enjoys engaging with Polish businesses and organisations working in the UK.
