Trainee Solicitor

Monica is a trainee solicitor in Clarkslegal’s Immigration and Property teams, where she brings over three years of experience from her prior role as a senior paralegal in the Corporate Immigration team. During this time, she worked closely with senior associates and partners on a wide range of matters, including advising on the immigration implications of mergers and acquisitions, managing complex sponsorship licence applications from initiation to the successful grant of worker visas, and assisting with intricate private immigration matters such as Naturalisation and Indefinite Leave to Remain applications made outside of the Immigration rules, consistently achieving a 100% success rate.

In addition to supporting senior associates, Monica has also manages her own caseload and provided direct client advice. She has significant expertise in advising on Right to Work checks and sponsors’ compliance obligations.

Monica holds a Law degree and an LPC MSc in Immigration Law from the University of Law, Bloomsbury. Monica’s is an Italian native speaker can also speak and write in French and Spanish.

Monica is currently completing her training contract with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor in our Immigration department.

 

 

Monica has experience in running her own caseload and has assisted numerous clients achieve successful outcomes in both areas of immigration.
