Sole Representatives

The UK is one of the leading business locations in the world and home to London, the world’s leading financial centre which makes it an attractive location for overseas companies wishing to set up a presence in the UK.

You can apply to come to the UK as a representative of an overseas business if you are a non-EEA national and you’re either:

  • The sole representative of an overseas company planning to set up a UK branch or a wholly owned subsidiary for an overseas parent company; or
  • An employee of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organisation posted on a long-term assignment to the UK.

Our expert business immigration solicitors can assist you in applying for your visa and with our extensive experience of the UK visa rules, we can ensure you submit a properly executed application with the requisite documentation confirming your eligibility.

For more information or to discuss your options, contact our team so we can assess your eligibility and suitability for this visa.

“The team makes it very easy to ask questions and understand the advice given.”
