What our clients say

“Stuart Mullins has a wealth of experience, which enabled him to advise effectively on realistic and appropriate responses to challenges from the other side. He was approachable and communicated technical matters in a manner that ensured they were clearly understood. Our interests were well served by robust positions being maintained where this was required, while a commercial perspective was kept in view over matters which could be flexed to ensure our overall objectives were met.”

I reviewed several firms and felt that Clarkslegal were the firm to go with. Not only did they guide me through every step of the process, their professionalism, knowledge and ability to be at the end of the phone (even at weekends) set them apart from the rest, especially when having to turn the transaction around within a demandingly short two-week timeframe! What could have been a potentially stressful and overwhelming process, was made manageable and positive and I can’t thank them enough for their support and highly recommend them to any business owner considering a sale (or a purchase).”

Malcolm Wilkinson, General Manager, Cryostore Limited

“Stuart and the rest of the team provided expert support during a recent corporate restructuring. We were calmly guided through the complex legal process, and realised significant additional benefits directly related to the advice provided.”

Stefan Zabel, Director, Wood Designer Ltd

“We instructed Stuart Mullins at Clarkslegal to assist with a recent corporate transaction. We found him, the corporate commercial and the property team supportive, proactive and efficient in taking us through the transaction to completion. We would recommend Clarkslegal for corporate and commercial legal advice and support to any business.”
