Senior Solicitor

Lucy is a senior solicitor in the employment team, working with a range of businesses and individuals.

She has particular experience advising business clients through Tribunal claims, from straightforward unfair dismissal claims, through to more complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims. As well as this, Lucy has experience advising on general HR enquires on a wide range of employment issues, such as contract and policy writing, grievances, disciplinaries, and redundancies. Lucy has also provided clients with support during large restructuring projects and collective redundancies.

Lucy also has experience advising individuals with employment queries, including support during grievances, redundancy processes, and long term sickness absence. She has an excellent record of negotiating favourable terms for her clients who need advice with a settlement agreement.

Lucy also holds two distinction level Masters degrees, one in History from Kings College London and one in Law from the University of Law.
