What our clients say

I genuinely can’t recommend Clarkslegal highly enough. Emma, Ash, and Maddy were exceptional throughout the entire process of our company sale. They were sharp, proactive, and completely across every detail, always a step ahead and ready with practical solutions. Their communication was spot on, and I never once felt out of the loop.”

Jamie Trevett, Managing Director, Just Construction Recruitment

“We recently instructed Jon Chapman and Emma Docking on the sale of our company, and the service we received was nothing short of excellent. The team was consistently responsive, often working beyond standard hours (and even whilst on holiday when trying to complete the transaction!) to ensure deadlines were met. Their ability to translate complex legal jargon into clear advice gave us both immense confidence throughout the transaction. We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to you both Jon and Emma. Would recommend Clarklsegal, and Jon and Emma, very highly for any business owner looking to exit.”

Danny Coleman, CEO of Chatterbox Labs Limited

“I did however want to say a personal thank you to Emma Docking for all your assistance and expert guidance throughout the Sale of CryoStore. CryoStore has been a huge part of our lives and it was important to us, that it went well for all concerned and you have played such a pivotal role, in making sure that this was achieved.”

Emma Wilkinson, Cryostore Limited

I reviewed several firms and felt that Clarkslegal were the firm to go with. Not only did they guide me through every step of the process, their professionalism, knowledge and ability to be at the end of the phone (even at weekends) set them apart from the rest, especially when having to turn the transaction around within a demandingly short two-week timeframe! What could have been a potentially stressful and overwhelming process, was made manageable and positive and I can’t thank them enough for their support and highly recommend them to any business owner considering a sale (or a purchase).”

Malcolm Wilkinson, General Manager, Cryostore Limited

“A friendly approachable team that assisted us through the legal minefield of selling our family company. They made the whole experience far less forbidding than it otherwise would have been and we would highly recommend them.”
