The Global Talent visa is aimed at individuals who are either leaders (Exceptional Talent) or emerging leaders (Exceptional Promise) in their field. Unlike most UK work routes, this visa does not require employer sponsorship, nor is it tied to a specific job or salary level.
This route comprises two stages:

Once endorsed, you can apply to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) for the visa. You can choose to stay in the UK for 1 to 5 years, with the freedom to extend or apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 3 or 5 years depending on your endorsement type.
