Deal Announcement: Clarkslegal’s corporate lawyers advise on the sale of Just Construction Recruitment Ltd to ASAP TT SAS

Clarkslegal’s corporate team is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Just Construction Recruitment Ltd on the sale of the company to French based, ASAP TT SAS.

Just Construction Recruitment provides talent solutions to companies across the construction industry within the UK, Europe and in the US, offering a range of recruitment services.

The transaction was led by corporate lawyer Emma Docking and supported by Ashan Arif (corporate), Madeleine Harding (corporate) and Lucy White (employment).

Pleased with the support provided, Managing Director and Founder, Jamie Trevett commented:

“I genuinely can’t recommend Clarkslegal highly enough. Emma, Ash, and Maddy were exceptional throughout the entire process of our company sale. They were sharp, proactive, and completely across every detail, always a step ahead and ready with practical solutions. Their communication was spot on, and I never once felt out of the loop. They held our hand throughout and ensured that even during the complex legal discussions, we understood the context of what was going on.

What stood out most was how they balanced professionalism with a personal touch, it felt like they genuinely cared about the outcome, not just the transaction. I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.”

Emma Docking commented: “Myself and the Clarkslegal team had the privilege of assisting Jamie, Tony and the other Sellers in their sale of Just Construction. Their in-depth knowledge of the company, clear vision and trust in the process were instrumental in reaching this milestone. Wishing them many congratulations and look forward to following them in their future successes and endeavours.”
