Oscar Poku is a Paralegal in the Commercial Real Estate team providing support on a broad variety of transactions and matters for a range of clients including developers, landowners, charities, institutional and private lenders, and landlord and tenants.

 

Prior to joining Clarkslegal, Oscar worked as a Paralegal in Real Estate Plot Sales team at Ashfords LLP assisting with transactions  including pre-exchange matters and preparing contract packs. In addition, he assisted a law clinic with immigration issues such as naturalisation applications.

Commercial Rent Deposits – A brief overview
