Lauren is a solicitor in the employment team and advises organisations and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious issues across a wide range of employment law matters. Prior to joining Clarkslegal, Lauren worked in another employment law team and represented clients in unfair dismissal and discrimination claims as well as acted in matters involving performance reviews, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy and settlement agreements.
