How can we help?

Business immigration

Business visitors

Our specialist business immigration team is often instructed by visitors or employees of overseas companies who wish to travel to the UK to carry out general business activities. The immigration rules surrounding visit visas are complex and it is vital that business visitors understand what activities they can and cannot do in the UK to avoid being refused entry to the UK at the border.

Non-visa nationals (those nationalities which do not require a visa to enter the UK as a visitor for up to six months) should be aware of which business activities are permitted and should seek specialist help if in doubt to ensure a smooth entry into the UK.

If you intend to apply for a six-month or long-term multiple visit visa, please get in touch with our business immigration solicitors who can assess your intentions and prepare and submit a properly executed application so you may obtain your visa quickly.

“The team makes it very easy to ask questions and understand the advice given.”
